- Xero connection data, invoices, bills, contacts and ledger data you authorise us to access.
- Mandate & collection data, banking details and mandate authorisations needed to process collections.

We process personal information to provide and operate the service, including syncing with Xero, processing collections and supplier payments, reconciling transactions, providing support, and meeting our legal and regulatory obligations (including KYC/FICA verification).

We process personal information where it is necessary to perform our contract with you, to comply with a legal obligation, to pursue our legitimate interests, or where you have given consent. You may withdraw consent at any time, subject to legal and contractual limits.
5. Sharing & third parties
We share information only as needed to deliver the service, for example with Xero, our banking and payment partners, and verification providers, and we require them to protect it appropriately. We do not sell your personal information.

We apply bank-grade encryption and appropriate technical and organisational measures to safeguard personal information against loss, unauthorised access or disclosure.
