4. Purpose of processing
Personal information is processed to operate the Paycycle service, including Xero synchronisation, collections, supplier payments and reconciliation, and to meet legal and regulatory obligations such as KYC/FICA verification.

- To access, correct or delete your personal information.
- To object to processing in certain circumstances.

We maintain appropriate, reasonable technical and organisational measures, including bank-grade encryption and access controls, to secure the integrity and confidentiality of personal information.

Where personal information is processed outside South Africa (for example by cloud or payment providers), we take steps to ensure it receives an adequate level of protection consistent with POPIA.
